We want to inform you that all deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to secure your booking and protect our business. Once a deposit is made, we commit our time, resources, and expertise exclusively to your project, often turning away other potential clients for that specific date. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we may face significant financial losses and missed opportunities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy."

We aim to provide you with the best service possible, and as part of that commitment, we would like to inform you of our image delivery process. On the same day as the shoot, you will receive the raw, unprocessed images. These images serve as a preview and allow you to have immediate access to the content captured during the session. In addition to the raw images, the final delivery of edited and retouched images will be according to the package you have selected. The editing process involves careful selection, enhancement, and post-processing to ensure the highest quality and consistency in the final images. The delivery time for the final images may vary depending on the complexity of the editing required and the volume of images. Our goal is to provide you with beautifully crafted, polished images that meet your expectations. We appreciate your understanding and patience during the editing process as we strive to deliver the best possible results.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be aware that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, a charge will be applied for the remainder of the amount due as per the agreed-upon terms. RESCHEDULING POLICY: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that each reschedule will incur a fee of $65. However, if the session needs to be rescheduled more than three times, the remaining amount due will be charged, and the shoot will be canceled.

Copyright/ownership of the images is available upon request for a fee of $75. This provides you with the legal rights to use and reproduce the photographs exclusively. If you would like to receive all raw images without any watermark, there is a fee of $40. This allows you to have the unedited, high-resolution files for personal or professional use. Furthermore, for any additional edits beyond what is included in your package, there is an editing fee of $10 per picture chosen. This includes specific enhancements, retouching, or modifications requested for each selected image.
