Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Deposit:

   • To secure your photography session, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

   • The deposit amount and payment details will be communicated during the booking process.

   • The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session date.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

   • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will receive a refund of any paid balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

   • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the session.

   • Each reschedule incurs a fee of $65. If the session needs to be rescheduled more than three times, the remaining amount due will be charged, and the shoot will be canceled.

3. Image Delivery:

   • Raw, unprocessed images will be provided on the same day as the session for preview purposes.

   • Final delivery of edited and retouched images will be according to the package chosen.

   • The editing process may take time, and the delivery timeframe will be communicated separately.

   • The number of final images provided will be as specified in the package, with the option to purchase additional images if desired.

4. Copyright and Usage:

   • The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images.

   • Copyright/ownership of the images can be provided upon request for a fee of $75.

   • Usage rights are granted to clients for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   • Clients may not sell or commercially exploit the images without prior written consent from the photographer.

5. Model Release:

   • By participating in the photography session, the client grants the photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

   • If the client prefers not to have their images used for promotional purposes, they must notify the photographer in writing prior to the session.

6. Liability:

   • The photographer will take reasonable care during the session but is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the shoot.

   • The client is responsible for the behavior and safety of themselves and any accompanying individuals during the session.
